A pan-European publishing platform evolving with its content

Project description

We have been responsible for the creative direction and technical implementation of electronicbeats.net since January 2015. We transformed it into a modern publishing platform, rebuilding the site from the ground up. It now accommodates for the full range of digital storytelling.

Together with our partners at Telekom, we have established an iterative workflow. It integrates our client, an editorial team, a diverse roster of contributors and technological implementation. Adaptions to topical changes in today's volatile media landscape are discussed, visualized and implemented on short notice. Enabler for this workflow is a custom modular framework that provides creative liberty to all parties involved. As of 2020, Electronic Beats continues to evolve, examining the sound and style of beat-driven culture.

Telekom Electronic Beats won a Lead Award in Bronze for the fusion of editorial and visual excellence.
