Qian Geng approaches calligraphy as a performative physical act, a raw collision of movement and the large-scale canvas. Together with Agency & and ISLAND we staged his first performance in Germany, accompanied by the floating noise soundscapes of Wang Ziheng. The event was commemorated by a shirt in collaboration with SEGMENT, featuring Qiang Geng's brutalist calligraphy.
